Welcome to the Business Health Check information portal
Welcome
This online
facility is designed to provide easy access to information to help guide and
support the setup of a constructive, enthusiastic and well-informed Business
Health Check (BHC).
The BHC
encompasses a suite of three perception audits to be undertaken by nominated
participants.
Two internal
audits will be conducted among key executives and senior managers. The third
perception audit will be conducted among key customers.
Project process
Once an
application has been submitted to book a Business Health Check, here’s what
happens next:
· Finalisation of the numbers: How many participants to take part in each of
the three surveys will need to be finalised. NB: In terms of the basic
pricing structure a total of 25 participants are catered for. Any increase will
need to be mutually agreed and will be subject to an additional charge at the
rate of R180,00 per respondent up to a maximum of 50 participants in total.
· Payment terms:
A deposit of 50% to be paid once the total cost of the project has been
confirmed based on the number of participants above the base cost. The balance
to be paid on presentation of invoice after the survey reports have been filed.
· Questionnaire finalisation: On receipt of confirmation of payment of the
deposit, the content of all three survey questionnaires will be shared with the
nominated executive for review, tailored amendments and final approval.
NB: The
questionnaires have been designed as best
practise benchmark tools to be used as diagnostic instruments rather than a
simple, subjective “survey”. Only minor adjustments (e.g.: adding up to a
maximum of five (5) company, market-related or industry-specific KPIs) are
encouraged and will be taken into account. No changes to overall methodology will
be entertained.
· Participant database: The names, title and contact details of all nominated participants to
be provided to OMC according to each survey category (strategy, capability and
customers).
- Project alert: Nominated internal executives
and managers will receive a formal invitation to participate in the health
check project. The invitation will include a link that will take the
reader to an information portal that provides access to content that
explains what the service is all about. The invitation will also be
tailored to include a login name and password for each participant
according to the survey they have been nominated to be a part of (strategy
review or capability review).
- Reporting formats: Once responses from all
participants for both the strategy and the capability review have been
received they will be analysed and a comprehensive report will be
generated. An executive summary in PowerPoint will also be produced
highlighting key findings. The reports can be distributed to all
participants on an individual basis based on what survey they participated
in, or the report can be posted to the information portal for access by
participants who received a password for the respective survey site. The
customer satisfaction monitor report will be delivered to the nominated
executive responsible for overseeing the project. Thereafter, subject to
approval, it will be posted to the information site.
